                                         CAJUN SHRIMP BURGERS

Ingredients
  • 1½ lbs raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil or coconut oil, divided
  • 1 small shallot, finely minced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • ¼ cup yellow or red pepper, finely minced
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large egg, beaten
 
Cajun Mustard
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • ¾ cup coconut cream or mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
