CRAPPIE BITES ON THE BIG GREEN EGG
          
Ingredients
  • 12 crappie fillets
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 12 bacon slices
 
Method
  • Sprinkle spices on fillets. Roll up fillets, wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
 
  • Set the EGG for direct cooking without the convEGGtor at 250°F/121°C.
 
  • Place the rolls on a Perforated Cooking Grid and add to the EGG. Cook, turning fillets several times until bacon is brown and inside of fillets flake.
