CRAPPIE BITES ON THE BIG GREEN EGG
Ingredients
- 12 crappie fillets
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 12 bacon slices
Method
- Sprinkle spices on fillets. Roll up fillets, wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Set the EGG for direct cooking without the convEGGtor at 250°F/121°C.
- Place the rolls on a Perforated Cooking Grid and add to the EGG. Cook, turning fillets several times until bacon is brown and inside of fillets flake.
