BAKED BEANS WITH SAUSAGE SERVED WITH RIBS
          
Ingredients

  • 10 Swaggerty’s Farm Sausage Links, browned and drained
  • ½ red inion, sliced and sautéed
  • 1 can each – Great Northern, Pinto, and Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 Tablespoons mustard, Dijon style or your favorite
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 
Directions

  • Place drained beans in a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir in mustard, brown sugar, and ketchup. Mix well.
  • Add sautéed red onion to the bowl and stir.
  • Cut each sausage link into 4 pieces and stir into beans.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Scrape bean-sausage mixture into a casserole or oven safe dish and coved with foil.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
