BAKED SAUSAGE CHEESE DIP
          
Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Swaggerty’s Farm 1930 Family Recipe Hot or mild Sausage, browned and drained
  • One 10 oz. can of tomatoes with green chilies – like Rotel®
  • One 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or Monterey Jack)

 
Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Mix browned sausage, tomatoes, and cream cheese until blended.
  • Put mixture into baking dish, add cheese to the top, and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  • Serve with chips.
