SAUSAGE AND BUFFALO BRUNCH PIE
   
Ingredients

  • ½  lb. Swaggerty’s Farm recipe-ready sausage
  • ½  lb. Ground buffalo or venison
  • 1 8oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 
Directions

  • Crumble Swaggerty’s Farm Fresh sausage and buffalo or venison into a skillet.
  • Cook over medium heat until brown. Drain well.
  • Line bottom of a sprayed (cooking spray) 13X9 baking dish with crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal.
  • Sprinkle with sausage mixture then cheese.
  • Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour over sausage mixture and cheese.
  • Bake in pre-heated 425° oven for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are set. Let stand 5 minutes.
