EASY BLACKENED WALLEYE FILLETS


  • 4 walleye fillets
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice


Set the EGG for direct cooking without the convEGGtor at 400°F/204°C.

In a plastic bag add the melted butter, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Massage to mix the ingredients. Add the fish and allow to marinate while you warm the EGG.

Add the walleye to a Cast Iron Grid and cook about 4 minutes per side. Serve with fresh squeezed lemon juice.
