GARLIC BUTTER VENISON STEAKS


• 1 pound venison steaks
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• ¼ cup butter, room temperature
• ¼ teaspoon parsley
• Sea salt
• Black pepper
• Olive oil


Set the EGG for direct cooking at 500°F/260°C with a Cast Iron Grid.

Mix the garlic, butter, and parsley until smooth. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. 

Sear steaks about 2-3 minutes on each side. Steaks should be medium rare.
Remove steaks from grill and top with garlic butter.
