• 8 jalapenos
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese
  • 16 medium shrimp
  • 1 lb bacon
  • Old Bay Seasoning to taste

Set the EGG for indirect cooking with the convEGGtor at 400°F.
Remove the stems and split the jalapenos in half lengthwise. Carefully cut out the vein in the jalapeno and remove the seeds. Place the jalapeno halves in a strainer and rinse thoroughly.
Fill the peppers with cream cheese. Remove the tail of the shrimp and place a single shrimp on the jalapeno. Wrap each jalapeno with a slice of bacon and set into a baking dish. Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning.
Place the jalapenos on the EGG for 15 minutes, turning them half way through.

When the bacon is browned, remove the pan from the EGG and let stand for 4 to 5 minutes before serving.
