SAUSAGE AND BUFFALO BRUNCH PIE
Ingredients
- ½ lb. Swaggerty’s Farm recipe-ready sausage
- ½ lb. Ground buffalo or venison
- 1 8oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Crumble Swaggerty’s Farm Fresh sausage and buffalo or venison into a skillet.
- Cook over medium heat until brown. Drain well.
- Line bottom of a sprayed (cooking spray) 13X9 baking dish with crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal.
- Sprinkle with sausage mixture then cheese.
- Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour over sausage mixture and cheese.
- Bake in pre-heated 425° oven for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are set. Let stand 5 minutes.
