SAUSAGE AND TURKEY BREAST CASSEROLE
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Swaggerty’s Farm Sausage
- 1 cup onion
- 3 to 4 cups turkey cubed
- 1 cup celery
- 1 can each cream of celery and cream of mushroom soup
- 3 to 4 cups cooked rice or 8oz. cooked small pasta
- 1 cup cheddar or parmesan cheese grated
Directions
- Fry sausage and onion and drain.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and turn into a 9X13 casserole sprayed with cooking oil spray.
- Bake in 350° oven about 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and starts to brown.
- Serve hot.
